What happens after you call

Most agencies route the first call to a sales line that has to hand off to clinical intake. Ours doesn't. The person who answers can verify your benefits, confirm homebound status, and book the start-of-care visit on the same call.

We run Medicare benefits the same day and confirm whether your loved one is homebound under the Medicare definition.

We book the start-of-care visit. For traditional Medicare patients, that's usually the next day.
