Send the referral and we verify benefits, confirm homebound status, complete the welcome call, and coordinate scheduling. Most traditional Medicare patients are seen the next day. Medicare Advantage takes longer because of prior auth; we'll report exactly where it stands.

Web-form referrals capture only what's safe to send over the open web. Full PHI moves over secure fax or our HIPAA-covered phone line.
